Despite our best efforts, Project Cerebral has fallen victim to COVID-19.

Whilst we all have the passion and determination to deliver this event, the appropriate and responsible protection measures implemented by organisations to mitigate risk have left us with little option but to postpone the event to a later date.

I would personally like to thank you for your understanding and your support, and hope that this unforeseen circumstance does not alter your desire to see the event delivered in all it’s glory.

An update will be sent to the pre-existing ticket holders in due course, for the future arrangement of the competition.

Project Cerebral is a cyber challenge event, which pits West Yorkshire's five main Universities against West Yorkshire Police’s very own Cyber Crime team, to build and demonstrate an innovative invention from a branded micro computer.

Participants will be judged by experts in their respective fields, across five categories and winners will receive prizes from sponsors.

The event is open to an audience of 150 representatives from the North of England (attendance is by invite only).

Representatives will have the opportunity to interact with the participating students encouraging talent spotting for organisational growth and future planning.

Networking, talent spotting and innovation all in one event; bringing academia, business and law enforcement together to develop a springboard for success.

Attendance is by invite only.
